Evaluation & Promotion
Academic assessment at LRS will focus on the acquisition of age appropriate knowledge and skills by the students. It shall promote creativity and divergent thinking while keeping with the ideals and guidelines of the CGBSE. Formal reports will be shared with parents at the end of each semester. The criteria for assessment of their efforts and achievements will be clearly defined for various branches of knowledge. The pattern shall be as follows:

Grades I - V: No formal examination. Criterion-referenced assessment based on continuous observation.
Grades VI onwards: Assessment as prescribed by CGBSE, will be on the basis of periodic tests, half yearly and annual exams.
